Well, we have been to many parks in many different types of accommodation, Bronze, Silver and Gold Caravans, Chalets, Pretty much all of them. In 2005 we planned our usual holiday to Hafan-y-mor, but this time decided to try a private caravan. It was our first time where we had booked to go, but not gone through Haven. To us it didn't matter if the accommodation wasn't what we were used to as it was a short break and was cheaper than going through Haven, so we booked this caravan to give it a go. We were really surprised to see that the caravan was so much cleaner than the usual Haven ones we have been in. In the past it had all the extras in, Microwave, Hoover, Radiators and even a George Forman grill. We were greeted by the owners (Janet and Fizz) on arrival and they sorted everything out the minute we arrived. Once we had checked everything was ok, they were off so we could settle in for the week straight away, it was a great start to the holiday, having such a friendly welcome and they were keen to answer any questions we may have had about the park. It makes such a great difference getting that personal touch on arrival and the caravan being so clean and spacious and it was cheaper than our normal holidays, now that's good.

As we left at the end of the week, the two came to check everything was ok. We told them how delighted we were with everything and of course about the website, which it turned out they were already members. They also said to 'Activ9 Members Only', that anyone booking for 2006 could have a 10% discount **NOW THAT'S AMAZING VALUE**

This is a caravan we highly recommend and can't thank them enough for making our stay so good. I must also mention that this caravan is only a few minutes walk from all the main complex, near to Paws, Treasures, Funky Foto, Go-Karts, Crackerjacks, Mega Treats, Treasures, Boardwalk, Showbar, Burger King and the park, a truly ideal location.
