CAISTER 2008

This is my third year being an owner at Caister and so far it is getting better and better each year.

The camp has changed in many ways Strikes has been demolished and so has the Arabian Derby and now is a brand new sports court and basket ball hoops. There is a big grass area for in the summer to go play games on and sit and relax in the sun.

By the new sports court is still the fun tower, mini bikes and outdoor play area. There is a hair dresser next door to the hire shop where you can book out bikes etc. Also go to play mini golf.

Caister does not have Broadlands or Oasis anymore as the Mash and Barrel has been built it is a wonderful place to go and have a meal or just a drink. There is a bar to get a refreshing drink, pool tables, and dart boards, tables to sit and have a meal or comfortable sofas just to relax on. There is flat screen TV’s up all around inside with sports, music on etc and a TV outside with patio heaters and lights all around. There are over 180 seats around inside and out.

Neptune’s has been painted so it looks like a brand new club and there is now a mini photo shop in there so when you have had your picture taken you can go have a look and buy it there and then.

There is a new launderette behind the Mash and Barrel.

Seagull’s night club and the swimming pool are all the same this year they have not changed. Raiders indoor play area is still above where Broadlands restaurant was for the younger children.

There is still the bingo and Monte Carlo arcades up by Seagulls and behind the arcades is Yummy House which is a Chinese. Down by Neptune’s is a chip shop by some slides for the children.

The Funstars at this year are lovely and willing to help when possible. There is Micky Dobson who is the Entertainments manager this year at Caister. Mr Dan is doing the presenting in Neptune’s and is really good with the children and really makes you laugh. There is also Rossy P, Chris, Andy, Rob, Xander, Chloe, Chloe, Rachel, Stacy, and Holly. They are all brilliant and lovely Funstars.

The new character shows are all brilliant and the characters outfits in zoo troop are so cool they look wicked this year.

All the staffs at Caister this year is very helpful and friendly people.

2008 at Caister is going to be BRILLIANT!!!
