LAKELAND 2008

I have been an owner at Lakeland for the last 4 years, so I hope you find this review helpful and interesting!!!

Well, the 2008 season is now upon us and Lakelands have benefitted from a number of changes this last winter!!!

Everywhere has had a lick of paint, so it's all nice and fresh now. The health suite (in the owners lounge) has been completely re-done, resulting in a beautifully presented and very classy part of the park. There is a new gym, which we have the best intentions of using!!!!

The outdoor pool is currently being finished as this is written (March 10th 08). The whole outdoor area has become more open plan, giving great access to the pool from the aquabar, patio area, the crazy golf, the park and the arcades. A new partition has been put around the pool, in glass, it stands at the average adults elbow height. There is a new non-slip coating being put around the pool. it is a stunning blue colour and completely changes the look of the area.

There has been no change at the sports field this year.

We have a great team of funstars again this year...

Theres Matt, the entertainment team leader. He's a sweet guy who has the best intentions of making this year thouroughly enjoyable for both holiday makers and owners alike.

Then there's Charlie, his assistant, who seems to be a very knowledgeable girl, ready for a full season.

Working as dancers this year are the lovely Zoe and Charlie (as mentioned above).

This years vocalists are Natalie (who did the 2007 season here) and Anthony (who's LOVELY looking lol)

Last, but by no means least are the generals, Scott and Kirsti. Both are lovely bubbly characters.
