LAKELAND 2009

I have been an owner at Lakeland for the last 5 years, so I hope you find this review helpful and interesting!!!

Well, the 2009 season is now upon us and Lakelands have benefitted from a number of substantial changes!!!
We now have a mini-golf course, trampolines, bouncy castle etc.

The original indoor pool is now the Owners only pool, so the changing rooms have been knocked down to make the aquabar seem to have doubled in size!!!

The holiday makers now have a brand new swimming pool, opened on the 28th May by Adrian Moorhouse, the Olympic Gold Medalist!! It is such a valueble addition to the park!

Also, the addition of the water walkers is proving to be a fun way to spend your time!

The outdoor pool has also changed. The paddling pool has gone and a patio area stand in its place. Access to the outdoor pool is now only from the indoor pool.

We have a fantastic team of funstars again this year...

There's Sarah B, the entertainment team leader.

She is a scream, she runs her team extremely well, as everything always seems to run so very smoothly. Everyone appears to be in the right place at the right time and both day and night time activities run smoothly with no confusion.

She is a brilliant presenter and the kids and grown ups alike all love her!!

Working as dancers this year are the lovely Bryan and Cara

To describe Bryan in one word is easy..... CRAZY!!!! He is always up for a laugh and is the sweetest, most genuine person you could meet. He is this years tiger team leader.

Cara is a fantastic dancer who loves the camera, so be sure to get your picture taken with her!

This years vocalists are Witney and Carl.

Carl is a great guy, who is also the T-Co club leader! He is great with the older kids, and is also a really good laugh!! He has a seriously good voice!!

Witney is so funny!! She is this years bears team leader and is fantastic with the younger kids! Her voice is stunning!!

Witney and Carls voices really comliment one anothers.

Gemma is the general for this year

I have to say, Gemma dances brilliantly during In The Mix. She is quite possibly one of the cutest people ever, and gets really shy and giggly.

The non-ents staff are also fantastic this year. They work very hard to keep the place clean and functional. The bar team leader works soooooo hard and runs a great team, and it shows! The sports and leisure are also a great team this year.

All in all I have to say that so far, this year year is proving to be the best all round package we have had since I first bought a caravan at Lakeland!!
