Reception is over to your left but not as much as Owners Exclusive Reception, it's all joined into one building, you can get it all with a few steps. The Reception & Owners Exclusive Reception staff are there to answer any questions for you that you may have.

The shop is just at the back of the main complex, it's a convenience store & a gift shop. It has a teddy making machine and a candy floss making machine inside, it has a small bakery inside situated at the back of the shop. There is a Laundrette and the tokens for them are in the shop.

There is a little fair opposite the Laundrette and Shop. It has a range of rides like - Twister, Dodgems, Carousel, Tea-cups, Trampolines, Big Bouncy Slide, a Train and Crazy Golf. There's beach accesses through the camp, an all weather pitch for football, basket ball or net ball.
